Is it really free to start?

Yes, on the Store plan. Every new Store-plan store is free for 3 months with no credit card required, then ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year — your store stays fully live the whole time. Store + AI (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year) has no free trial: it is paid from day one.

Do I need technical skills?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is drag-and-drop — pick a theme, add products, and you're live. No coding required. And if you would rather not touch it at all, the two done-for-you plans hand the job to our team: ₹5,999 to build the whole store, or ₹9,999 to build it and advertise it for 50 days as well.

What exactly is the ₹5,999 Complete Store Setup?

It is done-for-you. Our team registers your domain, sets the theme to your branding, loads your products and categories, writes your pages, configures SEO and payments, then trains you on a WhatsApp call. Your store is live within 48 hours, and a full year of the store plan plus domain and SSL is included in the price.

Do I pay ₹5,999 again next year?

Accepted Answer

No. From year two you pay only the ordinary Store yearly plan — ₹2,499/year. The ₹5,999 covers the one-off build and your first year of domain and hosting, so it is charged once.

What is Business Booster, and why is it ₹9,999?

Accepted Answer

It is Complete Store Setup plus the marketing. Everything in the ₹5,999 plan — the built store, a year of the platform, a year of domain and SSL, SEO and training — and then 50 days of managed Facebook and Instagram campaigns pointed at purchases on your store, with the product catalogue, Meta pixel and cart retargeting set up for you. The extra ₹4,000 covers the ad spend, the creatives and the campaign management.

Is the ad spend really included in the ₹9,999?

Accepted Answer

Yes — ₹100 a day for 50 days, ₹5,000 in total, paid by us to Meta out of what you paid. You are not billed for it separately and you do not need a card on Meta. This is the one plan where that is true: on our standalone ads packs (from ₹699) the management is what you buy and the ad budget is your own.

What happens after the 50 days of ads?

Accepted Answer

Nothing automatic — no auto-renewal, no card on file. You will have 50 days of real numbers (spend, orders, cost per purchase, return on ad spend) and you decide from those. Continue at ₹6,999/month, which again includes ₹3,000 of ad spend, or stop the ads and keep the store on the ordinary ₹2,499/year plan.

Can you promise how many sales the ads will bring?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does — it depends on your product, your pricing and your photos. What is promised is what we do: campaigns built and managed for 50 days, ₹5,000 of real spend behind them, fresh creatives every week, and a weekly WhatsApp report showing exactly what was spent and what sold.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Connect any .com / .in domain with a free SSL certificate on every plan. On Complete Store Setup we buy and connect the domain for you and the first year is in the price.

What payment methods can my customers use?

Cash on Delivery plus Razorpay, PayU and Cashfree — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

Are there transaction fees from HOD Media?

No platform transaction fee. Your own payment gateway charges its standard rate; you keep the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Monthly plan cancels anytime and stops future billing. The Yearly plan is billed once for the full year.

What is the difference between Store and Store + AI?

Both are the same full online store with 0% commission. Store (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year) is for running it yourself. Store + AI (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year) adds HOD-AI — an agent that adds products, creates discounts, ships orders and builds pages when you ask, with every change shown to you for approval — plus 200 AI credits every month and an AI chat that answers your shoppers.

What happens if I use up my AI credits?

Nothing breaks. Top-up packs start at ₹99, and every store, on every plan, keeps getting free HOD-AI answers every day plus free help from the in-app page guides. Your 200 monthly credits refill each month while Store + AI is paid.

Will the ₹299 Store price go up after some number of stores?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no longer a "launch price for the first 1,000 stores" — HOD Media has four plans: Store at ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year, and Store + AI at ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year. ₹499 is the price of the AI plan, not a future price for the Store plan.
