By accessing this website and utilizing our automated ecommerce store builders or digital advertising setup, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use HOD Media if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to HOD Media.
"Party" or "Parties" refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. License & SaaS Platform Usage

Unless otherwise stated, HOD Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on HOD Media. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from HOD Media for your own business operations subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from HOD Media
Sell, rent or sub-license material from HOD Media
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from HOD Media
Redistribute content from HOD Media

3. Subscription Payments & Fees

We offer both SaaS Ecommerce Storefront Builders and Meta Advertising Packages. Billing details are as follows:

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
SaaS store builder packages are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle.
Meta Ads campaign packages are fixed-rate service setups. Ad spending budgets are excluded from these setup plans and must be funded directly by the client in their own Meta Ads Manager account.
Payments are collected securely in advance of service deployment.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You represent and warrant that the products, listings, and marketing materials displayed on your storefront or promoted via your advertising campaigns do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or local legal boundaries inside India.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our SaaS platform and advertising panels immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
